Please use the EDI Request for Enrollment Status Form located under EDI Enrollment for your contract. You may also eChat at https://www.palmettogba.com/edi (the Chat Now button will appear if a representative is available 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET,  Monday through Friday) or contact our EDI Provider Contact Center for at 855–696–0705 (JM) 877–567–7271 (JJ) to verify EDI Enrollment.
