EDI Enrollment Status Tool

Palmetto GBA is pleased to offer an online tool to request the status of the processing of your EDI Enrollment forms. The Palmetto GBA EDI Enrollment Status Tool can be used to request status information for any one of the following EDI enrollment options:

  • Track the status of the EDI Enrollment Application
  • Check the status of my existing EDI Enrollment Agreement
  • Check if I am enrolled in Electronic Claim Submission
  • Check if I am enrolled in Electronic Remittance Linkage

Track the status of my EDI Enrollment Application

This option will return the status of the EDI online enrollment submissions processed within the last 45 business days.

Select the Medicare Jurisdiction and enter the EDI Tracking Number received after completing the EDI Online Enrollment forms. The status is not updated until the forms have been processed. 

The message "No data was found for your query, please try a different search" will appear if status is unavailable.

The Palmetto GBA EDI Operations Department will send a status email to the provider email address and the submitter email address listed on the forms once your EDI Enrollment request has been processed. See sample below.

Check the status of my existing EDI Enrollment Agreement

To complete the Enrollment Agreement portion, enter the PTAN (Provider ID). An enrollment status and enrollment date will display if the PTAN is enrolled with EDI. 

The message "No data was found for your query, please try a different search" will appear if an agreement is not found.

Check if I am enrolled in Electronic Claim Submission

Enter the PTAN (Provider ID) and the Submitter ID. Click on Submit to diplay the status. The Group PTAN must be entered for members of a group.  

The message "No data was found for your query, please try a different search" will appear if linkage cannot be verified.  If Submitters are able to currently submit for this PTAN (Provider ID), please continue to do so.

Check if I am enrolled in Electronic Remittance Linkage

Enter the PTAN (Provider ID) and the Submitter ID. Click on Submit to diplay the status. The Group PTAN must be entered for members of a group.  

The message "No data was found for your query, please try a different search" will appear if linkage cannot be verified.

To request a status update for these items, please click on the link below and select the appropriate option. The above statuses are only produced if paperwork has been submitted for a PTAN (Provider ID) to the Palmetto GBA EDI Operations department and 15 business days has elapsed for processing of the request. Please allow 48 hours for enrollment completion before submitting claims or retrieving remittances.
