Locating Medicare Fee Schedules

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) establishes reimbursement amounts for many procedures through various fee schedules and other pricing methods. Palmetto GBA adjudicates claims based on the Medicare fee schedules and guidelines determined by CMS.

A complete listing of provider and supplier fees are listed on the Palmetto GBA and CMS websites. CMS develops fee schedules for the following:

• The Palmetto GBA home page: Access the web page for your jurisdiction, then select Fee Schedules from the left-side menu
